Hoping someone out there will have some good ad...

Hoping someone out there will have some good advice for me. My DD is almost 4 months old and refuses to drink! He has alwasy been very windy and fussy with his feeding and so I ended up starting him on bottles (he refused the breast other than night time)at the three month mark and then two weeks ago, I stopped BF, thinking it was milk. He now will only drink about 60 - 120 ml if anything. I only try to feed him every 3 -4 hours to ensure he is hungry but then I get concerned he is hungry and end up offering him the bottle constantly. In case it was the formula I've gone to a soy product. Have no idea why he would be refusing so often and any ideas would be great. thanks
